The Mori Memorial Foundation, was invited by the Seoul Metropolitan Government to give lectures on “Seoul’s Urban Competitiveness and Policy Challenges” and “Tokyo’s Future Strategies” in this two-days programme. A tour was also hosted to visit major landmarks in Seoul.
